Our Commitment to Your Time
At Grey Aesthetics, we work hard to ensure every patient receives focused, unhurried attention during their appointment. When a cancellation occurs without adequate notice, that time slot cannot always be filled, which impacts both our providers and other patients who may be waiting for care. Our cancellation policy exists to protect the quality of care for everyone we serve.
24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
We require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us enough time to offer your appointment slot to another patient who may be waiting for availability.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24 hours or more of notice, please contact us through any of the methods listed below. Cancellations received with adequate notice will not incur any fee, and you are welcome to rebook at a time that works for you.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50 to $200, depending on the treatment scheduled. This fee helps offset the cost of reserved provider time and operational expenses associated with your booking.
The late cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file or collected at your next visit. Repeated late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or restrictions on future bookings.
No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when a patient does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and has not contacted us to cancel or reschedule. No-shows will be charged a fee of $50 to $200, depending on the treatment scheduled, and may affect your ability to schedule future appointments with us.
If you miss your appointment due to an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that life happens, and we will do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling Your Appointment
We are always happy to help you find a new time that fits your schedule. When you contact us to cancel, our front desk team can assist you in rescheduling your appointment in the same call or message. Availability is subject to provider schedules, so we recommend rescheduling as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.

Emergency Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies do arise — sudden illness, family crisis, accidents, or other urgent situations that are beyond your control. We evaluate these situations with compassion on a case-by-case basis. If you have experienced an emergency that prevented you from cancelling your appointment in time, please contact us as soon as you are able to explain the circumstances. Documented emergencies may be considered for a fee waiver at management's discretion.
