We are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy for services, packages, and retail products.

Overview
At Grey Aesthetics, we strive to provide the highest quality services and products. However, we do not offer cash refunds for any services or products purchased. All sales are final.
This policy is consistent with industry standards for medical aesthetic practices and applies to all treatments performed at our Newport Beach location. Before any treatment begins, our providers conduct a thorough consultation to align expectations and confirm your candidacy — ensuring you feel confident and informed prior to proceeding.
In-Store Credit
If you are not completely satisfied with a service or product, we will gladly offer an in-store credit that can be applied toward future services or products at Grey Aesthetics. This credit is non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of issue.
Services Are Non-Refundable Once Rendered
All aesthetic and medical services — including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, skin care procedures, body contouring, and wellness therapies — are non-refundable once the treatment has been administered. Because these services involve the time, expertise, and medical supplies of our licensed providers, they cannot be returned or reversed in the way a physical product can be.
Individual results from aesthetic treatments vary based on a patient's anatomy, skin condition, lifestyle, and response to treatment. Variation in outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund. If you are concerned about your results, we encourage you to contact us to schedule a complimentary follow-up evaluation with your provider.
Pre-Purchased Treatment Packages
Treatment packages purchased in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual. Once a package is purchased, sessions may be used toward the specified treatment only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by practice management.
If you are unable to complete a pre-purchased package due to a documented medical contraindication confirmed by our physician, we will evaluate your situation on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward an alternative eligible treatment.
Unused sessions in a package do not expire within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months, unused sessions will be forfeited unless an extension has been requested and approved in writing.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. Monthly membership charges are processed on your billing date and cover access to that month's included benefits and services. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide written notice at least 15 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect at the following billing cycle; you will retain access to membership benefits through the end of the paid period.
Monthly membership benefits do not roll over from month to month. Unused benefits within a billing cycle are forfeited at the end of that cycle.
Exceptions: Retail Products
We recognize that retail skincare products are subject to a different standard. Unopened retail products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please bring the product and your receipt to our office during business hours.
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products without original packaging or receipt
- Products returned more than 14 days after purchase
- Products that show signs of tampering, damage, or misuse
Financing Through CareCredit or Cherry
If you financed your treatment through CareCredit, Cherry, or another third-party financing provider, the terms of your financing agreement govern your payment obligations to that lender. Our no-refund policy still applies — a refund from Grey Aesthetics will not be issued — and any questions about your financing account should be directed to your lender.
Our Patient Satisfaction Commitment
Although services are non-refundable, your satisfaction and safety are our highest priorities. If you have any concerns about your treatment, your experience at our practice, or the results you are seeing, we want to hear from you. Please contact our office and we will do everything in our power to address your concerns appropriately.
Depending on the nature of your concern, our providers may recommend a follow-up evaluation, a touch-up treatment, or an adjusted care plan. Our goal is for every patient to leave Grey Aesthetics feeling confident and cared for — and we stand behind the quality of our work.
