Appointment and Cancellation Terms

By scheduling an appointment at Grey Aesthetics, you agree to our appointment and cancellation policies. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as described in our Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to provider availability, medical emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to find an alternative time that works for you.

Arriving significantly late to your appointment may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled to ensure adequate time for safe and effective treatment of all patients.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved patient financing through CareCredit and Cherry. For pre-purchased treatment packages, payment is collected at the time of purchase and is subject to our No Refund Policy.

All prices listed on our website and in our practice are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid for the stated duration and cannot be applied retroactively. Insurance does not typically cover cosmetic aesthetic services, and we do not bill insurance for non-medically necessary treatments.

Informed Consent

Prior to undergoing any treatment, you will be required to review and sign an informed consent form specific to the procedure(s) you are receiving. This consent acknowledges that you have been informed of the nature of the treatment, potential risks and benefits, alternative options, and what to expect during recovery. Signing a consent form is a condition of receiving services at our practice. If you have questions about any aspect of a treatment, please ask your provider before signing.
